  1. About Shareware Registration

  3. JChecker2.0 is a shareware.  If you wish to continue to use JChecker after a trail period of twenty days, please register.  The registration fee is 2,300 Japanese Yen (about US$21) per user.  Please register sufficient numbers if multiple users are to use JChecker.

  5. The users of the former version JChecker1.0 can upgrade to JChecker2.0 with 1,000 Japanese Yen(about US$10). And the users who registered JChecker1.0 after September 15th, 1999 (Serial Number is greater than 11470 ) can upgrade to JChecker2.0 with free charge.

JChecker may be copied and distributed freely through  Internet or BBS.  However, the contents or composition of files may not be modified during distribution.  If the product is bundled commercially or distributed through CD-ROM, a written permission by  Matsumoto & Co.,Ltd. is necessary beforehand.

The copyright of JChecker2.0 belongs to Matsumoto & Co.,Ltd. (Address:  1-4-4 , YamatoHigashi, Yamato, Kanagawa, Japan 242-0017.  Tel. 81-46-261-0070).  Modifications (partial or whole) of this software without permission are prohibited.  Also, the author will not take responsibility for any damages done by the use of this software.  After the shareware registration, the user may not transfer not rent the software license to any third parties.

  15. You can register the software either by on-line (Internet), FAX or airmail.

  26. After the user registration process is complete, an "User ID" and "Registration Code" will be sent by email.  If the application is conducted on a weekday, the response will be usually sent on the following day it arrives to us.
  27. Then please register the "User ID" and "Registration Code"  through the registration dialog of JChecker2.0.
